What is a "virtual" office and how does it work?
With a Virtual Office Plan, you get a professional business presence without the expense of a full-time office. You will have our prestigious mailing address and a local telephone number, with your calls answered by a professional receptionist during business hours.
What are the rates for a virtual office?
Surprisingly inexpensive. For as little as $100 per month, one can become a virtual office client and establish a Business Identity. Each client is entitled to the use of an executive office or conference room (for an additional fee), the phone answering service, and mail delivery.
Can I sign on for phone answering only?
Our answering service offers phone service only. Our phone answering system is state-of-the-art and can be customized to your specifications. It is especially useful for business persons who have equity in another number and want to continue to use that number.
Do you have mail delivery?
As a client of Valley Oak Executive Suites, you can have mail delivered to a prestigious Shaw Avenue address. We will pick up and deliver your mail to a secure mailbox. You may have a mailbox, without actually having an office here with the Virtual Office plan.
How do you charge for printing, faxing, copying, and services like that?
All fees for incidentals are charged on an à la carte basis. If there is extensive use of these properties, we will revert to a "bulk" fee.
What are your rates for full-time offices?
Rates vary depending on the size of the office, the views, whether they are furnished or unfurnished. However, when you consider the cost of renting, tenant improvements, staffing, purchasing, installing, and maintaining equipment, you will recognize a number of savings by having the Valley Oak Executive Suites administer to these details.
Can I have 24-hour access to the offices?
If you are a full-time client, yes. Virtual clients have use of the offices during regular business hours.
Do you have secretarial services?
Our offices are supported by trained administrative staff proficient with computers, we offer database management, typing/word processing, data processing, light bookkeeping, and clerical support.
Technology is important to my business. How 'wired' are your offices?
All our offices are pre-wired for High Speed Internet access.
Is parking a problem?
Parking is not a problem. We have ample free outdoor parking.
Can we hold a meeting in your offices?
We have two small meeting rooms for four to six people, as well as a day office. The boardrooms can accommodate up to 10 people each. The boardrooms are equipped for DVD/television, white board, and speaker phone. Beverage service and catering can be arranged through our staff.
What special services do you offer your clients?
The staff at the Valley Oak Executive Suites are trained administrative personnel skilled in managing all aspects of running an office including, but not limited to, meeting management and catering services.
I have an office in my home. What need would I have for the Valley Oak Executive Suites?
Many people find it difficult to get work done at home. The environment at the Valley Oak Executive Suites is professional and supportive of all aspects of business. Meeting with clients in your dining room may not have the appearance of professionalism you would like to show. Our meeting rooms can be rented on a per/hour basis and are equipped with telephone and Internet.
For administrative services, isn't it less expensive to use a copy center?
We are very cost competitive and there are several efficiencies that make our services affordable to our office clients. All clerical and administrative services are completed on site so there is no need to make several visits, or to waste time waiting for job completion. Billing is incorporated into a monthly statement creating further cost efficiencies and helpful cash management.
I'm in the process of completing a permanent office. Can I use Valley Oak Executive Suites on a short-term basis?
Hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rentals are all possible. Offices and meeting rooms can be reserved on a space available basis.
